About BrainRetain
BrainRetain’s is an academic network of international
and African diaspora academics whose mission it
is to assist to
1. increase the number of African PhD graduates
and PhD holding faculty members in African universities
over the coming decades and
2. enable the wider participation of African scholars
in global knowledge development.
BrainRetain's mentoring service is offered to members
who are postgraduates or junior faculty of any discipline
in African universities. The service is also available
to students of developing countries though in cases
of limited available mentors priority will be given
to African students.
BrainRetain is supported by best practice guidelines.
